Information on the Personal Data Protection – Website 

This information notice is provided pursuant to the applicable rules governing the personal data and, specifically, pursuant to the UE Regulation 679/2016 (the “GDPR”)

The following pieces of information, available on the homepage of the web sites www.omega3c.it and www.omega3c.com (hereinafter the “Site”), are provided by OMEGA3C S.R.L. in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter “Omega” or the “Data Controller”) to the visitors of the Site, who wish to submit a request filling in the form on the Site to request information on the services offered. Omega ensures that the data will be processed in compliance with the applicable laws.


Origin of the Personal Data

The personal data of the users are collected through the forms set up to request information in the section of the website dedicated to the contact requests and involve both natural persons, such as professionals, and representatives of legal persons.

Purpose and Lawful Basis for Processing

The personal data of the users will be processed to implement the contractual relationships to which the users are part, or to take pre-contractual measures relating to the same in compliance with the law in force. Furthermore, if required under the applicable law on the personal data protection, the data of the users will be processed according to the free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent of the users for one or more specific purposes.

The data will be processed within the strictly needed limits to pursue the following purposes:

1) Information requests relevant to the offer of available services. The provision of relevant personal data is essential to take advantage of the aforesaid service or of those available in the future: in case of refusal, it will be impossible to contact the Data Controller through the form available in the dedicated section of the website.

2) With the explicit prior consent of the data subject, to send commercial communications through automated and non-automated contact means, even to assess the satisfaction of the new products supplied and services provided. For this purpose, the data provision is optional and it does not entail any consequences for the user except preventing Omega from sending any updates on new products and services available;

Addressee Categories

The personal data provided by you will be processed by subjects duly trained by the Data Controller and bound by confidentiality clauses. The data can be transmitted to Omega outsourcers and suppliers duly appointed as Data Processors. Furthermore, your personal data can be shared with:

1) Subjects to whom, depending on the events, the disclosure of your personal data is required to pursue the purposes for which they were collected, and specifically to properly execute and fulfill the contract obligations;

2) Subjects to whom the data disclosure is required by the law (e.g. Public Administrations, Authorities, Banks, Professionals, Service Companies).

Data Storage Time

The personal data provided by you will be kept only for the time strictly necessary to provide the services requested by you in compliance with the principle of “Storage Limitation”. In any case, your personal data will not be stored for more than 1 year from the conclusion of the contractual relationship with the Data Controller, without prejudice to any obligation of conservation arising from the applicable law or regulations.

Data Transfer Abroad

For purposes related to the data processing and the server localization, the data you provide can be exported, including after being transferred to entities based in countries outside the European Economic Area that do not ensure an adequate protection level of your personal data. In any case, only the data necessary to pursue the intended purposes shall be communicated and, when required, the guarantees applicable to the data transfers to third countries (e.g. the signature of Standard Contractual Clauses) will be applied.

Rights of the Data Subjects

You can always exercise the rights granted you by Data Protection Law, among which:

a) to obtain the access to your personal data being informed of the purposes pursued by the Data Controller, of the categories of data involved, of the recipients to whom they can be disclosed, of the applicable retention period, of the presence of automated decision-making;

b) to obtain the processing limitation, when provided for by the regulations on the personal data protection;

c) to obtain without delay the amendment of your personal data in case of error;

d) to obtain the cancellation of your personal data when established;

e) to obtain the processing limitation, or to oppose it, in the cases provided for by the applicable law;

f) to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

As to the personal data processing based on your consent, you may revoke it at any time. In any case, the consent revocation will not affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out up to that moment.

Right to the Data Portability

Pursuant to the applicable law, you have the right to request and obtain your data in a common structured format that can be read from automatic devices, as well as the right to transmit them directly to another Data Controller of your choice, within the limits of the mere material feasibility and of the costs to be borne.
