Terms and Conditions of Access and Use of the Website

Accessing and browsing the website www.omega3c.it and www.omega3c.com (the ‘Site’) are subject to applicable laws and imply acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), which may amend or replace any previous agreements between the visitor of the Website (the “Visitor”) and Omega3C S.r.l. (the “Company”) with respect to regular browsing on the Website.

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, in accordance with applicable regulations. Visitors are encouraged to periodically review this section of the Website to remain informed of any changes. If the Visitor continues to browse the Website after the effective date of such amendments, the modified Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.


If the Visitor does not intend to accept the Terms and Conditions (as amended, if applicable), they will not be permitted to browse or continue browsing the Website.


These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law, excluding any conflict-of-law provisions.


Usage Limitations and Prohibited Uses
